CORPORATE PRIVACY PROTECTION POLICY

This Corporate Privacy Protection Policy (“Policy”) governs the relationship between the User (“You”) and Layer Seven, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning the access to, use of, and obligations arising from engagement with any Company platforms, properties, communications, digital interfaces, promotional materials, metadata, intellectual assets, sensory impressions, or incidental brand encounters (collectively, the “Corporate Ecosystem”).

By accessing, viewing, interacting with, or otherwise engaging in any manner with the Corporate Ecosystem, You acknowledge, agree to, and covenant to be bound by the terms set forth in this Policy.

1. User Covenant of Confidentiality

You expressly agree to maintain in strict confidence any and all information, material, branding, signaling, or data encountered in connection with the Company, regardless of whether such information is traditionally regarded as public, promotional, incidental, trivial, or de minimis in nature (“Protected Corporate Information”).

Protected Corporate Information shall include, but is not limited to:

Company logos, slogans, trademarks, jingles, and mascots
Public advertisements, including billboard content, banner placements, and social media promotions
Colors and typography observed on Company websites
The knowledge that the Company exists
Any emotional, psychological, or physiological response elicited by exposure to the Company’s products or messaging

2. Non-Disclosure of Public Information

You agree not to:

Discuss, reference, or allude to any Company advertisement, campaign, press release, or marketing collateral, even if disseminated through mass media;
Acknowledge in any forum, private or public, that You have visited a Company website or interacted with any digital asset;
Communicate to any third party the nature, existence, theme, or aesthetic of any Company branding or public-facing material;
Use Company-related metaphors, memes, or gestures without prior express written authorization.

All aforementioned actions shall constitute a material breach of this Policy.

3. Compelled Silence

To further preserve the sanctity of Corporate Privacy, You agree:

To refrain from speaking the Company’s name aloud;
To redact any mention of the Company from personal diaries, journals, or subconscious thought;
To take reasonable and unreasonable steps to avoid the appearance of recognition of Company presence in any physical, digital, or metaphysical form.

4. Perpetual Obligation

Your duty to protect the Company’s privacy shall survive termination of use, passage of time, loss of memory, and shall bind Your successors, heirs, clones, or metaphysical projections in perpetuity.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

The Company reserves the right (but assumes no obligation) to:

Monitor your speech, social presence, biometric signals, and inner monologue for potential disclosures;
Deploy Corporate Sentiment Surveillance™ technologies to ensure compliance;
Invoke retroactive enforcement measures upon detection of non-compliance, whether in this universe or parallel dimensions.

6. Acknowledgment

By continuing past this page, blinking in its direction, or forming cognitive awareness of its existence, You certify that You have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by the terms of this Corporate Privacy Protection Policy.
