NOTES:

We were able to decrypt this file, but we are not sure if it is done
correctly.  It looks like gibberish.  Matt suggested it might be some
type of stego, but our analysis did not reveal anything.  The server
we pulled the original file from had it labeled as Logo, but there does
not appear to be any graphics in it.
